Overview
눈 이외의 여러 영역의 외과적 수술시 일반적인 절차로 출혈이 조절되지 않거나 조절이 불가능한 출혈에 사용되는 지혈제입니다. 트롬빈과 젤라틴으로 구성되어 있으며 적용 준비시간도 1분 이내로 간단하고, 모든 형태의 출혈에 사용할 수 있습니다. 출혈부위 조직표면에 젤라틴이 접촉되면 젤라틴 입자가 20% 팽창하여 출혈의 흐름을 저항하게 되고, 혈액내의 피브리노겐과 트롬빈이 반응하여 혈액응고를 유발, 지혈됩니다.
